General Summary: The APRN or PA-C, under the supervision of the Physician(s), who acts as the collaborative practitioner, is responsible for:

• Work collaboratively on promoting best practice and clinical care

• Participate in POC or unit meetings and committees to strengthen clinical partnership, enhance operational effectiveness and encourage team members to participate in process improvement and provide timely communication

• Promotes a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration

• Identify and address potential safety, quality of care and professionalism issues

Leadership Responsibility:

• Manages staffing schedule with assistance

• Participates in business development, policies and procedures
