Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is looking for dynamic and energetic Gastroenterologists to serve the needs of Central Florida.  Opportunities exist within the following locations: Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Lake Nona and Winter Park.  AHMG Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking partners with the desire to build a practice and foster collegial relationships with community-based physicians. 

Ideal candidate should expect:

  • Daily work schedule of outpatient and inpatient care
  • Desire to handle a very high-volume case load
  • Practice all aspects of general Gastroenterology
  • Busy ED call at one hospital
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. The new physician should have the desire to join a busy practice and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth.  ERCP preferred, but not required.

Board Certification in Gastroenterology (ABMS or AOA) is required.

Practice Description

This is an employment opportunity part of AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG).  AHMG is a sister organization of AdventHealth which employs over 900 physicians in nearly 70 specialties. This opportunity includes the benefits of call coverage and competitive compensation.
