Full-Time Opportunity
Join one of the nation's premier robotic urologic oncology programs and work alongside Dr. Vipul Patel, a world-renowned robotic surgeon and Medical Director of the Global Robotics Institute.
In this role, you'll be part of a highly specialized team caring for patients with complex urologic cancers and conditions while practicing at the top of your license across the clinic, hospital, and operating room settings. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Physician Assistant seeking hands-on surgical experience, exposure to cutting-edge robotic technology, and the ability to make a meaningful impact throughout the patient's care journey.

Scope of Practice:
- Gain hands-on experience in robotic surgery, serving as a first assist for robotic prostatectomies and other advanced urologic procedures
- Build meaningful relationships with patients through consultations, follow-up care, and perioperative management
- Perform specialized procedures including cystoscopy, urodynamic studies, pelvic ultrasounds, and catheter management
- Partner closely with a nationally recognized surgical team in both clinic and hospital settings
- Work at the forefront of innovation in robotic and minimally invasive urologic care
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on exceptional outcomes and compassionate care
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Approximately 4 days clinic / 1 day operating room
- Practice location AdventHealth Celebration
- Call Requirements: 2 weekdays and 1 weekend a month
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current Florida Physician Assistant license
- NCCPA certification
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Surgical first assist experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
